Each FPV Drone content creation includes the creation of a scenario, preparation of the journey, the simulation of the video shot, and the filming, + 1 of the following:

-> Architecture photos (rooms, suites, restaurants, bars, lobby, gym, swimming pool, etc ...)
-> Influencers

If you are looking to create solely external content with the FPV drone (not inside a building), this may be possible to do by booking just 1 hour of drone content creation.

The amount of content creation hours required is also subject to the size of the building; if it is a larger building, 2 hours or more may be required.

Your personal butler will be in contact with you to discuss all booking options and advise on how many hours to book to ensure the best quality drone footage of your hotel/resort/real estate is achieved.

Please note that internal drone footage requires more hours as the drone route has to be planned and tested. This is to ensure quality videography is produced and avoid running into any problems with the drone's signal connection.

No, your subscription is applicable to your hotel or resort, and can't be used at other hotels.

If you are a Real Estate company then the subscription can be used in different places, as of course the nature of the content creation is for it to be used at different properties.

No, when you subscribe, you sign up to a discounted price (up to 50% off for 6 moths prepaid), and you can request whatever you need, for example:
Month 1:
- Photos of one room (1H) and restaurant (1H)
- FPV drone of the room (2H)
Month 2:
- Stories of the restaurant (1H)
- Stories of internal events (1H) and for influencers (1H)
- Photos for the influencers (1H)

Just ask your butler when you need, and we will send you a photographer specialised in Marketing, Lifestyle or Events, an FPV Drone Pilot, or a videographer specialised in creating stories ...

No, you can use any hours you haven't used the following month. For example, if you have subscribed for 8 hours a month and used only 6 hours one month, you could use 10 hours the following month.

This only works if you have pre-paid for 6 months, 3 months, or pay a monthly subscription.

Please note the hours can only be recovered up to 6 months after the month when the hours were not fulfilled.

The service will be available:

-> from 01/04/2023 in Riviera Nayarit

We can offer all the services throughout the Caribbean, and especially in Mexico, but transport and accommodation will be at the expense of the hotel or resort.

This may be interesting for the realization of all marketing photos, or FPV drone stories of all parts of the hotel, for example.

You will have your own butler, to whom you will make your request.

Depending on your subscription, you can book 48 hours or up to 24 hours in advance.

You will need to explain your needs: Whether it be architecture, F&B, Lifestyle or events, and which media you want to focus on: photo, video or drone. Your butler will then set up the appointment.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order with all the details.

The role of the butler is also to give you advice, mainly on the schedule (sunrise, depending on your occupation, etc ...)

Each subscription includes your own, personal butler, who will be your first point-of-contact for any query or wish you may have regarding your subscription.

The role of the butler is to help you with the process of organising your content creation, and the same butler stays with you for the entire process of your subscription, to ensure all bookings are completed smoothly and you receive the highest quality content creation possible.

Your butler will also help guide and inspire you in the creative process of content creation for your business, and will have all the answers to any question you may have regarding location or cost.

If you have used up all your hours of content creation this month but want more, simply get in contact your personal butler and let them know you would like to upgrade your subscription.

-> In the 12 hours monthly subscription, there is no fees for late setups, if the delay doesn't exceed one hour.
After one hour of delay, you will be charged US$ 100 per hour + VAT

-> In all the other subscriptions, after 1/2 hour of delay, you will be charged US$ 100 per hour + VAT

All extra charges will be debited to the associated account.

If you are a hotel, resort or real estate company, an invoice for the content subscription will be made to your account.
