Privilege Club Terms & Conditions

2025–2026 Edition

By joining the DreamArt Privilege Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership

• Membership in the DreamArt Privilege Club is free and non-binding.
• Your name will be registered internally and associated with your email for the purpose of benefit access.
• You may share your Privilege Club benefits with up to two friends or family members booking under your name.

2. Benefit Eligibility

• Benefits are offered as a complimentary gesture and may be redeemed once per type of benefit, unless otherwise specified.
• Some benefits are conditional on your previous booking or purchase history. For example:
  - The $100 Memory Vault offer is only valid for photoshoots completed before December 31, 2024. Future sessions are not eligible for this benefit.
  - This offer is also only available if you did not purchase all your photos at the time of your Lifestyle Experience.
• All benefits are subject to availability and must be requested in advance, as specified in each offer.

3. Booking Conditions

• You must notify us at least one week in advance to claim upgrades or benefits tied to a future photoshoot or wedding (whether for yourself or someone else) (contact us at privilegeclub@dreamartphotography.com)
• Benefits can be used at any resort, including non-partner resorts, subject to prior agreement and approval by DreamArt.

4. Validity Period

• All benefits listed in the 2025–2026 Privilege Collection are valid until June 30, 2026, unless otherwise updated or replaced with a new collection.
• DreamArt Photography reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue specific benefits at any time, with notice.

5. Data Use

• Your information will be used to manage your Privilege Club membership, communicate about benefits, and assist with past or upcoming bookings.
• In certain cases, DreamArt may contact your resort or event venue to verify booking details related to your photoshoot or wedding.
• We may share limited necessary information (e.g., name, photoshoot date) with our partner resorts as part of this coordination.
• Your data will never be sold to third parties.
• You may unsubscribe or request removal from the Privilege Club at any time by contacting us directly.
